Rainbet Coinflip: heads or tails, the newest Original

Rainbet Coinflip is the newest game in the Originals list. You call heads or tails, the coin lands, and the round is over in a second.

How does Rainbet Coinflip work?

Rainbet Coinflip is a two-outcome game. You set a bet, pick Heads or Tails and flip. The game shows the multiplier and the win chance before you commit, so you know what a correct call pays.

How do you play a round?

  1. Enter a bet, or use the 1/2 and 2x buttons to halve or double the last one.
  2. Choose Heads or Tails.
  3. Flip the coin. A correct call pays the multiplier shown.
  4. Auto mode is available next to Manual.

Is one side better than the other?

No. Heads and Tails have the same chance on every flip, and each flip is independent of the last. Five heads in a row doesn't make tails more likely on the sixth. The coin has no memory, and neither does the seed that drives it.

What should you watch with the 2x button?

The 2x button doubles your stake in one tap, which is handy and risky in equal measure. Doubling after each loss looks safe on paper and grows very quickly: six losses in a row turn a stake of 1 into a stake of 64. A losing run that long is not unusual over a few hundred flips.

Decide the total you're willing to spend before using Auto mode. A fast game spends a budget fast.

Can you verify a flip?

Yes. Each flip comes from your client seed, the hashed server seed and a nonce. The Fair Play tab shows the active seeds, and once you rotate the pair the old server seed is revealed so past flips can be recalculated. See Rainbet provably fair for the steps.

What do the tables under the game show?

Like every Original, Coinflip has Big Wins and Lucky Wins tables and a Live Bets feed below the game. They list other players' recent results. They're interesting to watch and no guide to your next flip, which is decided by your own seeds.

Why play Coinflip at all?

Coinflip is the plainest game on the site, and that's its use. With one choice and a 99.00% maximum RTP, it shows what a small house edge does over many rounds more clearly than any slot. It also runs in demo mode with no deposit, like every game on Rainbet Originals.
