Rainbet Hilo: call the next card higher or lower

Rainbet Hilo shows you a card and asks about the next one. Each correct call multiplies your stake, and a wrong one ends the round.

How does Rainbet Hilo work?

Rainbet Hilo is a card-calling game. You bet, a card appears, and you say whether the next card will be higher or lower. A correct call adds to the multiplier, and a wrong one ends the round.

How do the odds change with each card?

The odds depend on the card showing, and the multiplier follows the odds. An easy call pays little and a hard call pays a lot. With a 9 on screen, the game showed Lower or Same at a 69.23% chance for x1.39, and Higher or Same at 38.46% for x2.50.

Both calls include Same, which is why the two chances add up to more than 100%.

How do you play a round?

  1. Place a bet and look at the first card.
  2. Check the chance and multiplier shown beside each call.
  3. Choose Higher or Same, or Lower or Same.
  4. In games of this type, you can cash out after a correct call or call the next card.
  5. The game screen also has a Skip Card button.

Which cards are hardest to call?

Middle cards are the hardest. A 7 or an 8 leaves both calls close to a coin toss. A 2 or a King gives one call a very high chance, with a small multiplier to match.

A run of easy calls builds slowly for a reason. The multiplier only moves fast when the call was a real risk.

When should you cash out?

Set a target before the first card. Each extra call puts the whole run at stake, and the multiplier looks most tempting just when the risk is highest. A fixed goal, such as three correct calls or a set multiplier, takes that decision out of the moment.

Can you verify a Hilo round?

Yes. The cards come from your client seed, the hashed server seed and a nonce, so the order is set before the round begins. See the Fair Play tab on the game and the steps on Rainbet provably fair. Other cash-out games include Rainbet Mines, and the full list is on Rainbet Originals.
